Each year, Central Illinois Woodturners, Lincoln Land Woodturners, and Flatland Woodturners, come together for a one day “mini-symposium” to share knowledge, meet others with similar interests, and watch demonstrations from local and professional wood turners. The event is named in honor of Keith Adams, who was very well liked and respected by members of all three clubs.
The 2025 Keith Adams Memorial Turning Saturday event is being hosted by Central Illinois Woodturners at their Normal, Il. location, YouthBuild McLean County, 360 Wylie Drive, Normal, IL, 61761, September 13. Michael Blankenship (Chatam,Il of Lincolnland Turners) will be the featured turner.
